Custom Candle Inquiry

Have an idea for a candle that you want brought to life? This is the place! 

Please specify your scents and what color wax you would like (if applicable). If no color is chosen, your candle will be the standard soy white (seen in my Arcanaeum and Cozy Flannel candles). I do have access to name brand scents such as Bath and Body works, Yankee Candle, and even perfume and cologne fragrances like Victoria's Secret and Davidoff. 

-Pricing will vary depending on the supplies needed to fulfill your desired fragrance and specifications.
 
-The amount of time necessary to create and ship your candle may vary. This is due to a few factors:
  1. Allocating the necessary ingredients to fulfill your order. I may not have all of the materials on hand, in which case I will have to order them. Delivery time of materials may vary depending where they are shipping from.
  2. Testing and curing time. At the very minimum, curing time (the time required for the fragrance to bind to the wax) for soy wax is 2 weeks from the day it is poured. I will be curing the tester candle for 2 weeks, and once the product passes the testing phase, I will be able to ship your final product. For large orders, I will first send you a sample so that you can make sure that you are satisfied with your product before I create the rest. 
  3. If the hot zone policy (see "Summer Shipping Information" at the very bottom of this page) is in effect or if you live in a notoriously warm area, I may not ship your finished candle from Thursday to Sunday, although it may be ready on one of those days. This is to ensure that your candle does not sit in a hot mail truck over the weekend and potentially melt.
-Please allow, at minimum, 2 weeks from placing your order to receive your finished product.
Candlemaking can be a timely process to get the scents just right, and I do my best to ensure the quality of what I create! If you would like, I can keep you updated on the creating and shipping process. Especially regarding large orders, and especially if your product is needed by a certain date, it is best to place your order as soon as possible to ensure enough time between manufacturing and delivery.
 
-Please note that due to the nature of custom orders and the personal preferences that go into creating them, they are non-refundable. Because of this and to save us both the trouble, if there is something I truly feel that I could not create or replicate up to my high quality standard, or if I cannot find the right products necessary to fulfill your order, I will let you know.
