Returns and Exchanges Policy

  

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact Contact@flameandflagon.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or an exchange. All items must still be in new and unused condition with no damages. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. 
 
Items being returned must be postmarked within 14 days of arranging the return. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fees. It is best to obtain a tracking number for your return order to help ensure a smooth delivery. 
 
After I receive the returned items, I will inspect that it is still in its original condition. Once inspection is completed and approved I will then be able to process a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to go through, although each bank and/or method of payment will vary.
 

For damaged or defective products, please email Contact@flameandflagon.com and follow the return/exchange guidelines above. 

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • All body products 
  • Candles and wax melts that have been burned or melted
