Turnaround time for custom or pre-ordered wax products is typically 2-3 weeks. This is to account for creating the product as well as cure time, which is required to ensure binding of fragrance to wax and solidifying of the soy (aka the most optimal scent throw for you!) If you need a custom item or a pre-order by a certain date, it is recommended to inquire or place your order at least 1 month in advance. I am only one person, but I always do my very best to accomodate. :)

Turnaround time for body products and non-wax items is usually within a few hours. Lightning speed!

Occasionally, I may need to order more supplies in order to fulfill your order(s), particularly if it is in high demand. This usually takes about a week from the point of me ordering the necessary supplies and my receiving of them. I fulfill each purchase in the order that it came in and work hard to get your items to you as promptly as possible.

Transparency and keeping my customers in the loop of the process is super important to me, so if there is any sort of delay, I will personally email you to keep you updated!

For ready-made and listed products, I typically ship the next business day. I use priority shipping with USPS, and it usually takes 2 days for your package to arrive. If you live on the west coast, it may take a little longer (although I believe the longest it's ever taken is about 5 business days.)
